When we talk about women and their weight, you always think that they should have particular measures, so it is right for society. It is thought that the woman who is too thin is the most beautiful, but many say it is not so. Women with weight evenly distributed through their body can be attractive.

In that sense, you can see that women with large hips, generous thighs, or with some big breasts are the center of attention. The problem is when overweight comes to life of women, and then it becomes vitally important that they talk about being healthy and, of course, their self-esteem. There are women who have decided even though their bodies are big, be happy no matter what.

These women believe they must improve their health, but they should not be obsessed by being the queens of malnutrition. For example, there is a television show called My Big Fat Fabulous Life in which the main character is Whitney Thore, a woman who gained a lot of weight because of polycystic ovary syndrome and today weighs more than 330 lb and that has not stopped her to continue discovering with every movement on the stage her love for dancing.

This woman is an example that despite the adversities that may occur in the life of an overweight woman, this should not prevent her from being happy. The program itself is the unequivocal proof that prejudice against obese people is too big. This becomes even more real if it is a fat woman.
There seems to be a fascination for rejecting women who are not within the canons of beauty.

But there is a question that should be asked: does a woman need to have a small waist? Is a sin for a woman to be a little big? While it is true that obesity is always bad for health, it should be understood that fat women cannot be attacked verbally or even physically, because these women (and men) have enough with the many negative thoughts they could generate about themselves.
